If you are a busy perimenopausal or menopausal woman looking to ease your symptoms and find more balance mentally,  emotionally and physically NOW then I'm talking to you! Hi, my name is Caroline and I'm a 40-something year old perimenopausal woman. If you're anything like me, you'll have noticed just how many extra plates you're spinning lately. Did I mention I also teach yoga? Through a combination of breath, movement and mindfulness practices I have successfully managed to prevent any of my plates from smashing and I'd love to help you to keep your best China intact too.
