FROM RESTLESS TO RESTED : Menopause Yoga for Sweet Dreams Does menopause have you tossing and turning all night? You're not alone. Many women experience sleep disturbances during this transition. But fret no more! Our Self-Paced Online Course can be your key to unlocking restful nights and waking up refreshed. COURSE STRUCTURE Each week focuses on a central theme related to Menopause and sleep, providing: 📽 Pre-recorded yoga, breath and mindfulness practices 📄 An informative video or PDF document on the weeks topic 📔 Journal prompts and tips for applying the learnings Week 1: Introduction to Menopause Yoga for Sleep ✨ Understanding menopause and it's impact on sleep and the benefits of yoga for for sleep during menopause. We'll also look at current sleep, set goals for the course, and how to establish a relaxing bedtime routine. Week 2: Managing Stress for Better Sleep The link between stress and sleep disturbances during menopause and look at identifying your main stressors. You will be introduced to yoga and mindfulness techniques for managing stress and how to incorporate these in to your day. Week 3: Cooling the Body & Mind for Sleep ❄️ The role of body temperature regulation in sleep during menopause. We will look at practices to cool both mind and body. Week 4: Nutrition and Menopause How nutrition impacts sleep and menopause symptoms. We'll look at practices to aid digestion and look at foods to promote better sleep and manage menopause symptoms. Week 5: Deepening Relaxation for Sleep 💤 This week we will look at more restorative yoga practices as well as yoga nidra and meditation. We also look at ways to bring more relaxation in to our daily lives. Week 6: Putting Everything Together Recap of key concepts and techniques and strategies for maintaining a healthy sleep routine.
